Hard Sauce for 100

Servings: 100 Portions (3-1/4 Quarts)
Portions: 2 Tablespoons Each

1 quart (2 lb) butter or margarine
4 1/4 quart (4 lb 4 oz) sugar, powdered, sifted
1/4 cup vanilla
2 tablespoon water, boiling

Cream butter or margarine speed in mixer bowl about 5 minutes or until fluffy. Add
powdered sugar gradually while beating at medium speed, beat until smooth, about 3
minutes. Add vanilla and water; beat 2 minutes or until well blended and fluffy.

NOTE:
Sauce may be served with fruit cake.
