This relish, made with thinly sliced cucumber, tomatoes and red onion, tastes great on grilled hamburgers
Hamburgers Ingredients:
1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons country-style Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon country-style Dijon mustard
1 medium (1 cup) cucumber, thinly sliced
2 medium (1 cup) tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 small (1 cup) red onion, thinly sliced, separated into rings
Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
