18 lb 12 oz ham, canned
200 slices (12 lb) bread
1 quart (2 lb) butter or margarine, softened
1 quart (2 lb) mustard, prepared (optional)
4 lb. lettuce, fresh, trimmed (optional)
Slice ham into thin slices. Spread bread with butter or margarine and mustard. Place 3 oz ham on 1 slice of bread; top with lettuce and second slice of buttered bread.
NOTE:
18 lb 12 oz ham, boneless, cooked, frozen may be used.
