Portions: 1 Link or 4 Slices Each
Temperature: 325 degrees F. Griddle

18 lb 12 oz Polish sausage

Cut into 3 oz links or cut diagonally in 1/2-inch thick slices. Grill sausage links or slices 10 to 12 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Turn frequently to ensure even browning.

NOTE:
Sausage links should be cooked until inside is gray with no tinge of pink remaining.
