1 package egg roll wrappers
1 1/2 cups chopped cooked thigh meat
1 can green chili’s chopped
1/3 cup Mexican Blend Cheese
1/2 Cup sour cream
1 tsp cumin (scant)
Mix for dip:
1 cup honey
3 T finely chopped Jalapeno (pickled)
1 T vinegar
Mix and use heaping tablespoon for each wrapper, roll and tuck ends in.
Lay on cookie sheet sprayed with pam. Lightly spray rolls with pam and bake 400 degrees about 12 minutes, or until lightly golden color.
Dip in sauce.
Makes a delicious lunch with a few carrot and celery sticks.
