Greek Salad Dressing

6 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic; crushed
pinch dried oregano
salt and pepper

Place all the ingredients in a screw-top jar. Shake well just before using on the salad ingredients
