(Beef or Chicken)
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
1/4 light soy sauce or tamari
1/4 cup Marsala or Madeira wine
2 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced ginger
Mix in a medium bowl and let meat soak for 4-6 hours.
