- Mix cookie mix and contents of soda pouches.
- Add ginger, cinnamon, molasses, and water. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes or until blended.
- Drop by tablespoons in rows 4 by 6, on well greased pans.
- Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until done.
- Loosen cookies from pans while still warm.
VARIATIONS:
- GINGER MOLASSES BARS: Follow Step 1. In Step 2, reduce water to 2 cups. Beat at medium speed 1 minute. DO NOT OVERMIX. Omit Steps 3 through 5. Spread about 6 lb 2 oz (2-3/4 qt) dough evenly into each greased pan. Bake at 350°F. 25 minutes. Cut 6 by 18 while still warm.
