4 salmon steaks (8 oz each and 1 inch thick)
1 teaspoon oil
2 teaspoon jarred minced garlic
2 teaspoon jarred minced ginger
Preheat oven to 500 deg F. Coat the broiler pan and rack with cooking spray. Place salmon on the rack and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with garlic and ginger, patting them lightly and evenly over the surface. Bake for 9 to 13 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
