Garlic Potato Bake

19 medium potatoes, peeled & diced
3 whole garlic bulbs, separated into cloves & peeled
750 ml cheddar cheese, shredded 3 cup
1 package cream cheese, cubed (8 oz / 227 g)
6 eggs, lightly beaten
15 ml minced chives 1 tbsp

salt & pepper to taste

Place potatoes and garlic in large pot and cover with water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes and garlic are tender. Drain.
In a large mixing bowl; beat potatoes and garlic, cheese, cream cheese, eggs, chives, salt and pepper until blended.
Spoon into two greased baking dishes. Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350 F (180 C) oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
