2-1/2 gallon water
200 each (25 lb) rolls, frankfurter
Cover frankfurters with water, bring to a boil, reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes. Drain, leaving enough water to cover bottom of container. Keep hot until served. Serve on rolls.
