Frankfurters, Cheese and Bacon for 100

Portions: 2 Frankfurters Each
Pan Size: 18 by 26-inch Sheet Pan
Temperature: 350 degrees F. Oven

200 each (20 lb) frankfurters
6 lb 4 oz cheese, processed, sliced
5 lb. bacon, sliced

Cut frankfurters almost in half lengthwise. Cut cheese in strips about the same length and width of the frankfurters. Cut bacon in half slices. Place a 1/2 oz strip of cheese in each frankfurter. Lay a half slice of bacon lengthwise over the cheese. Arrange on pans. Bake 30 minutes or until cheese begins to melt and bacon is slightly crisp.

NOTE:
6 lb 4 oz cheese food, sliced may be substituted for cheese
