1 lb. lean beef
1 Tbl. hot pepper oil
5 cloves garlic – minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 Tbl. chili powder
1 teaspoon crushed chili
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
2 cans kidney beans, drained
1 green bell pepper, bite size pieces
1 red bell pepper, bite size pieces
3 onions, bite size pieces
1 28 oz crushed tomatoes
200 gr. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Combine oil, garlic, beef, spices until meat if full cooked. Add onions, green and red peppers until tender. Add crushed tomatoes. Cook for 1 hour 30 minutes at low. Add beans for the last 30 minutes. Serve and top with shredded cheese.
