Fish Burgers

240g drained canned tuna
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped red capsicum
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
2 tablespoon dried breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh dill
3 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon tartare sauce
4 x 60g hamburger buns

Combine all ingredients (except buns and tartar sauce) in a bowl. Form mixture into four equal patties. Heat oil on barbecue hot plate until hot. Barbecue tuna patties 8-10 minutes, turning once. Serve on buns, top each with a teaspoon of tartar sauce.
