Fiesta Salad

1 head green or red leaf lettuce, torn in bite size pieces
1 bunch spinach, torn into bite size pieces
25 ml green onion, chopped 2 tbsp
6 radishes, thinly sliced
2 medium carrots, shredded
250 ml broccoli florets 1 cup
4 eggs, hard cooked & sliced

SOUR CREAM AND DILL DRESSING
125 ml mayonnaise 1/2 cup
125 ml sour cream 1/2 cup
15 ml lemon juice 1 tbsp
15 ml dill weed, chopped 1 tbsp
125 ml buttermilk 1/2 cup

Mix vegetables and eggs in a large salad bowl. Chill until ready to serve.

DRESSING:
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Chill until ready to serve. Pour over vegetables and serve immediately.
