11 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
6 ounces Goat Cheese, softened
2 tablespoons Chives, snipped
2 tablespoons Walnuts, chopped
2 tablespoons Yellow Pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons Green Olive, chopped
2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, grated
2 ounces Pimento, diced
Combine cheeses. Divide into three small mixing bowls. In first bowl, add chives. In second bowl, add walnuts. In third bowl, add Parmesan. Put half of each mixture into three Saran-wrap-lined custard cups. Place bell pepper onto the chive mixture and top with remaining chive mixture. Place olives onto the walnut mixture and top with remaining walnut mixture. Place pimento onto the Parmesan mixture and top with remaining Parmesan mixture. Cover with Saran wrap. Chill 24 to 72 hours.
