1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 square (1 ounce) unsweetened chocolate
3 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ice Cream
Place the chocolate and the butter in a microwave safe dish. Microwave, uncovered, on medium-high for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes. Stir in the sugar, milk and vanilla; beat until smooth. Microwave, uncovered, on medium for 5 to 6 minutes or until bubbly. Serve over ice cream.
