25 lb.. ground turkey breast or lean gr. beef
2 gallons plus 6 cups chili sauce
3 cups brown sugar
100 Kaiser rolls, lightly toasted, split
Cook turkey in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat, stirring frequently to break up meat, until browned.
Stir in chili sauce and brown sugar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook 2 minutes or until heated through. Spoon onto rolls.
This freezes very well.
