5 cups flour
1 lb. tenderflake lard
1 heaping teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon vinegar Water
Mix flour, lard, salt baking powder and brown sugar; mix well. Put 1 egg and vinegar in 3/4 cup measuring cup. Fill with water and mix well. Add wet to dry; mix well. Makes enough dough for 3 pie crusts and 3 tops. Extra may be frozen.
