1 kg (2 lb) large shrimp, cooked
375 ml (1-1/2 cups) mayonnaise
75 ml (1/3 cup) lemon juice
50 ml (1/4 cup) sugar
125 ml (1/2 cup) sour cream
1 large onion, finely chopped
30 ml (2 tablespoons) dried dill
2 ml (1/2 teaspoon) salt
freshly ground pepper
Wash shrimp and keep refrigerated.
In a large bowl; combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, sour cream, onion, dill, salt and pepper. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
When ready to serve; mix shrimp into dressing and serve on a bed of lettuce.
