2 pounds Firm tofu
4 ounces Apple juice concentrate
6 ounces Onion, minced
4 ounces Prepared mustard
6 ounces Vinegar
3 ounces Sesame oil
1 ounce Sesame seeds
2 teaspoons White pepper
1 teaspoon Ginger, powdered
1 teaspoon Garlic, powdered
Blend all the ingredients until creamy. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
