3/4 c. fresh strawberries
1 tablespoon sugar or sugar substitute to equal 1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 c. fat free mayonnaise
Slice berries into a small bowl and sprinkle with sugar. Let stand for 1 hour, then mash with a fork. Fold in yogurt and salad dressing and serve with apples, pears, bananas and kiwi.
