7 1/2 quart (10 lb) ham, cooked, ground
3 cups (1 lb 8 oz) relish, pickle, sweet, drained
4 tablespoon (2 oz) mustard, prepared
1-1/2 quart (3 lb) Salad Dressing
46 each (10 lb 9 oz) tomatoes, thin slices
1 quart (2 lb) butter or margarine, softened
200 slices (12 lb) bread
Combine ham and relish; mix together lightly. Combine mustard and Salad Dressing; add to ham mixture. Spread 1 slice buttered bread with 1/4 cup filling on top, place 2 slices of tomato on top with second slice of buttered bread.
