Curried Stuffed Eggs

6 hard-cooked eggs
1-1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1-1/2 tablespoons sour cream
1-1/4 teaspoons curry powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon sweet relish
1 green onion, chopped fine
1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Garnish:
thinly sliced green onion

Cut a paper-thin slice off both ends of eggs and halve eggs crosswise. Mash yolks with a fork; stir in remaining ingredients; salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer filling to a pastry bag fitted with a large ribbon or other decorative tip and pipe into whites, mounding it. Garnish with sliced green onion.

Makes 12 stuffed eggs.
