1 package lemon gelatin (6 oz / 170 g)
250 ml boiling water 1 cup
15 ml vinegar 1 tbsp
1 medium cucumber, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
250 ml cottage cheese 1 cup
250 ml mayonnaise 1 cup
50 ml walnuts, chopped 1/2 cup
In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add vinegar. Stir until well mixed. Chill until partially set. Add cucumber, onion, cottage cheese, mayonnaise and walnuts. Mix well. Pour into serving dish or mold. Chill until firm.
