Crockpot Chili

2 cans (16 ounces) red kidney beans, drained
2 cans tomatoes
1-1/2 lb. ground turkey (or chuck), browned and drained
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 to 3 TBSP chili powder
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt to taste
1 TBSP cinnamon (optional – but very good!)

Put all ingredients in Crock-Pot. Stir to combine. Cover and cook on LOW 8 – 10 hours (High: 3 to 4).
