1 box white cake mix
creme de menthe
1 can Hershey’s fudge
8 oz Cool Whip
shaved chocolate
Grease and flour a 9×13 inch pan. Bake white cake mix according to package directions, however, decrease water amount by 3 Tablespoons and add 3 Tablespoons creme de menthe. Cool Cake; while slightly warm, spread 1 can Hershey’s fudge topping on cake. Top with 8 ounce Cool Whip with 3 Tablespoons creme de menthe whipped in. Sprinkle shaved chocolate on top.
NOTE:
I use a creme de menthe syrup (ice cream topping) instead of the alcoholic kind. Works great and is good for my kids (ages 10 and 12). They love this cake!
