Creamy Garlic Dressing

1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup salad oil
2/3 cup light cream
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Put all ingredients into blender. Process at “whip” until blended.

Makes 2 cups
