2 Garlic cloves, fine chop
1/4 c Buttermilk
3/4 c Light sour cream
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped
Salt
Ground pepper, fresh pn
Sugar
Whisk together all ingredients in bowl. Taste for seasoning, adding more lemon juice and dill to taste. Use as a salad dressing or as a vegetable dip. Dressing is low calorie and will keep for a week refrigerated.
