250 g cream cheese 8 oz
30 ml onion, finely grated 2 tbsp
10 ml worcestershire sauce 2 tsp
250 ml crabmeat, flaked 1 cup
125 ml chili sauce 1/2 cp
30 ml horseradish 30 ml
15 ml lemon juice 1 tbsp
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, onion, worcestershire sauce and crabmeat. Form into ball. Wrap in waxed paper and chill.
In a small bowl, combine chili sauce, horseradish and lemon juice. Mix well. Refrigerate.
When ready to serve, place cheese ball in shallow dish. Pour chili over top. Serve with a variety of crackers.
