2 (9-inch) unbaked pie shells
5 cup apples
3/4 cup sugar
4 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Prepare pie shells. Peel and slice apples. Mix together 3/4 cup sugar, flour, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and heavy cream. Pour over apples. Mix well. Arrange in pastry shell. Combine and sprinkle over top 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake 50 to 60 minutes in a 350 degrees oven.
