1-1/2 pound turkey strips
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
2 clove garlic, minced
4 tablespoons minced onion
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup roasted peanuts, unsalted
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons coriander seed
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup butter, melted
Blend all ingredients except turkey, broth and butter for one minute in a blender. Add chicken broth and butter, blend for another minute.
Marinate turkey strips in this mixture for at least six hours.
Drain marinade into a saucepan. Bring marinade to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes. Use for dipping sauce.
Grill or broil turkey strips for 7-8 minutes or until no longer pink.
