Coriander Pepper Marinade

Marinating overnight is ideal, but even 2 hours of marinating prior to cooking imparts flavor, as well.

2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tablespoon ground coriander seed
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoons soy sauce

In a self-sealing bag, combine all ingredients well. Add meat, seal and refrigerate overnight.

Grill or broil as desired. Discard marinade after use.
