2 cups mixed vegetables, cooked (broccoli, cauliflower, etc.)
1/2 cup carrots, shredded
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup green peppers, chopped
1 tablespoon onions, minced
1/4 cup french dressing
1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
In a medium bowl; place mixed vegetables, carrots, celery, peppers and onions. Add dressing; stir until well mixed. Add cheese; toss gently to evenly coat. Cover and chill several hours. Toss again and serve.
