Coney Island Burger for 100

Portions: 1/3 Cup Served Over Frankfurter

15 lb. beef, boneless, ground
1-1/4 quart (3 lb 5 oz) onions, dry, chopped
1-1/2 teaspoon pepper, black
2-1/2 tablespoon mustard, prepared
1/4 cup (1 oz) chili powder
3-1/2 quart (7 lb 13 oz or 2 1/2-No. 3 cyl can) soup, Tomato, canned, condensed

Combine ground beef and onions. Cook in steam-jacketed kettle or roasting pan until meat is brown and onions are tender. Drain or skim off excess fat during cooking. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over frankfurter on frankfurter bun.
