Coffee Walnut Ice Cream

3 tbl. instant coffee crystals
2 cups milk, hot
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1-1/4 cup whipping cream

Dissolve instant coffee and sugar in hot milk. When cool, add the nuts and whipping cream. Refrigerate until cold. Pour into machine for 20-30 minute or until desired consistency.
