Coconut Macaroon Shell

1 egg white
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flaked coconut

Preheat oven to 350 deg. F. Beat egg white until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, corn syrup and vanilla until stiff meringue forms. Fold in coconut. Spread over bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned and set. Cool, then chill before adding filling.
