Coconut Crust

(see also Banana Cream Pie)

1/4 cup softened butter or margarine
3 cups shredded coconut

Combine butter and coconut. Press evenly into buttered 9-inch pie plate, building up sides. Bake in slow oven for 25 minutes, or until crust is golden. Cool.
