1/2 cup butter
2/3 cups dark brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup baking cocoa
Pinch of salt
1 cup heavy cream
Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add sugars, cocoa and salt, whisking until blended.
Gradually add cream. Simmer until mixture is smooth and sugars dissolve, about 3 minutes.
Serve over ice cream, cake or as desired.
Makes about 2 cups.
