Cinnamon Apple Butter

12 cups applesauce
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup little red cinnamon candy

Preheat oven to 250°F.

In a bowl combine applesauce, brown sugar and vinegar. Pour into a 13×9-inch baking pan. Bake for 3 hours. Add cinnamon candies and stir until dissolved.

Makes 20 servings.
