3-1/2 cups unsalted butter
1-3/4 cups cocoa
6-1/4 lbs. Sugar
3-1/2 cups milk
3-1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract
4-1/2 lbs. quick oatmeal
7 cups toffee baking bits
Combine first 4 ingredients in a large heavy saucepan over medium high heat. Bring to a soft boil. Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla, then oats and toffee bits. Drop by tablespoonfuls on wax paper and let harden.
