Chocolate Rum Sauce

1 Cup chocolate chips
1/2 Pint heavy cream
1/4 cup rum or 1 TBS. rum flavoring ( I used the rum )

Melt the chocolate chips over a low heat. Add in the heavy cream and Rum.

This is excellent when drizzled warm – over ice cream!
