Chive Bacon Potatoes

6 medium russet potatoes, peeled
50 ml chives, chopped 1/4 cup
2 bacon slices, cooked crisp
25 ml milk 2 tbsp
salt & pepper to taste
butter

In salted water over medium heat, cook potatoes; drain. Mash; stir in chives, bacon and milk. Season to taste. Dot with butter.

Serves 4
