Chili Meatloaf

750 g lean ground beef 1 1/2 lb
175 ml rolled oats 3/4 cup
1 carrot, grated
125 ml onion, finely chopped 1/2 cup
125 ml milk 1/2 cup
1 egg, beaten
10 ml worcestershire sauce 2 tsp
2 ml dry mustard 1/2 tsp
2 ml salt 1/2 tsp
1 ml pepper 1/4 tsp
125 ml chili sauce 1/2 cup

In a large bowl; combine beef, oats, carrot, onion, milk, egg, worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Transfer to 8 x 4 inch (1.5 L) loaf pan. Spoon half of chili sauce over meat. Bake in preheated 350 F (180 C) oven for 1 hour or until meat is brown. Serve with remaining chili sauce.
