50 ml mayonnaise 1/4 cup
30 ml lime juice 2 tbsp
1 ml salt 1/4 tsp
.5 ml pepper 1/8 tsp
1 grapefruit sections
500 ml chicken, cooked & diced 2 cup
250 ml celery, diced 1 cup
1.5 L salad greens 6 cup
In a large bowl; mix mayonnaise, lime juice, salt and pepper. Add grapefruit, chicken and celery. Toss gently to evenly coat.
Line large salad bowl with salad greens. Top with chicken salad mixture.
