1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon orange, apple or pineapple juice
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 cup pitted fresh cherries, halved
2 cup cubed, cooked chicken or turkey
1 cup cubed, medium-sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 to 3/4 cup diagonally sliced celery
1/3 cup sliced green onion with tops
lettuce leaves

Combine mayonnaise, juice, soy sauce and ginger. Mix well. Combine cherries, chicken or turkey, cheese, celery and onion; toss. Spoon salad mixture over lettuce leaves. Serve with mayonnaise mixture.
