1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 prepared graham cracker pie shell
1 can cherry pie filling
Blend cream cheese and milk together until smooth. Add the lemon juice and vanilla; mix well. Pour into pie shell. Spread cherry pie filling over top. Refrigerate until set.
