2 lbs lean ground beef
1 can (10-3/4 oz) condensed golden mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can (10-3/4 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1 pkg (20 oz) frozen crinkle-cut french fries
In a skillet, brown the beef; drain. Stir in soups. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Arrange french fries on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350oF for 50 to 55 minutes or until fries are golden brown.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
