11 ounces pasta (penne or rigatoni)
Salty water to cook pasta

juice from 1 lemon
2 tablespoon cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon finely chopped spring onion
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley

5 ounces salami
9 ounces sharp cheese
1 sweet red pepper
Cook pasta al dente, immediately put in cold water, drain. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, and cream. Add salt, pepper, onion springs and parsley. Peel and chop onion. Cut salami in small squares, cheese in fine stripes. Put everything in a salad bowl and mix. Sit 30 minutes before serving.
