Cheddar Cheese Bread with Rice Flour for ABM

2-3/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 cup brown rice flour
2 cups white rice flour
3-1/2 teaspoons xanthan gum
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups grated, extra-sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup non-fat dry milk powder
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, soft
2 large eggs, well beaten
1-3/4 cups warm water
